Invasiv duktale und invasiv lobulare Mammakarzinome unterscheiden sich bezuglich des zellularen Wachstumsmusters, was sowohl Auswirkungen auf die klinischen als auch auf die bildgebenden Manifestationen der Tumoren hat. Wie genau lasst sich bei diesen beiden Karzinomtypen die tatsachliche Tumorausdehnung mittels praoperativer Magnetresonanztomografie (MRT) - im Vergleich zu Mammografie und Ultraschall - vorhersagen?
