摘要
The entrepreneur's perspective focuses on how the business must function to create the value it aspires to. It focuses on the future and does not stagnate in the present. The present study aims to determine the perspectives of entrepreneurship, in the economic growth of agricultural producers who produce rice, with a quantitative approach methodology, applied, cross-sectional and descriptive correlational level, for a study sample of 337 rice producers in the Jequetepeque valley, who were administered two questionnaires on perspectives of entrepreneurship (Porfirio et al. 2023) and economic growth (Drews et al., 2019). The results determined that entrepreneurship contributes to economic growth, improves quality of life and promotes environmental sustainability. There are significant differences between the perspectives entrepreneurship and economic growth, according to rice farmers, with p< 0.05, with natural and proactive differences, between the opinions of agricultural producers, statistically with p< 0.05. Moreover, the findings support the prospects of entrepreneurship and economic growth in the province of Chepen, implying that entrepreneurship should be encouraged as a propositional strategy, to boost the economy and generate employment, in order to improve the quality of life of the population.
