摘要:
The Ti-22Zr-9Nb-2Sn (at%) metastable & beta;-titanium alloy was manufactured by in situ laser powder bed fusion process from elemental powders. Mechanical characterization via cyclic tensile tests revealed an exceptionally high strain-hardening. Such a strain-hardenability is induced by a massive stress-induced martensitic trans-formation from the & beta; to the & alpha;" phase.
