摘要
Polarization is a characteristic of the acoustic field that can be measure by vector hydrophone. It can provide the information of the particle motion and has potential for applications in geoacoustic inversion and sound source detection, so it is necessary to study this characteristic. In this paper, the polarization of the ambient noise is studied, and numerical simulation results of the polarization of shallow ocean low frequency surface noise is analyzed. The results show the variation of polarization properties with depth and provide suggestions for the application of polarization properties.
