摘要:
Green innovation is an important strategic choice for realizing an ecosystem-oriented business model. This study explores the effect of psychological capital on green innovation behaviour. Based on 381 questionnaire survey data collected from Chinese high-tech enterprises from September 2022 to March 2023, an empirical study was conducted using the mixed analysis method of SPSS and AMOS. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between psychological capital and green innovation behaviour, and knowledge hiding moderates the relationship between the two. These findings enrich the theory of green innovation and provide an important reference for the development of enterprises.
