摘要：
This paper traces the changes in cholelithiasis in Tianjin during the past 30 years, these changes in characteristics of gallstone may be attributed to the decrease of biliary ascariasis and changes in diet. Living standards and health knowledge may also cause differences, in stones of urban and rural patients and in those found in patients engaged in mental or physical labor.
