In this paper, we describe a patient with a rather severeform of aspirin-induced asthma (AIA) and allergicbronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA). The patient is aman born in 1948, who first presented with rhinorrhea,nasal congestion and chronic urticaria, and had anepisode of asthma after ingestion of non-steroidal
