故事与讲故事:叙事社会学何以可能——兼谈如何讲述中国故事

摘要：
近年来,叙事分析在社会学中蔚然成风,本文旨在系统梳理"叙事"的特质与理论意涵,以此提出叙事社会学"故事"与"讲故事"两种路径,并整合已有的研究主题和方法,对叙事社会学的研究图景进行展望。笔者首先回顾了叙事研究的多学科源流,集中论述了"叙事"的四大特征:普遍重要性、具体时间性、内在因果性与潜在反抗性,并在此基础上展开对两种路径的论述。第一种路径关注故事的构成元素、结构模型与网络表征,发展出针对叙事网络的结构性分析,第二种路径关注叙事情境效应、叙事者效应以及叙事的社会效用,发展出反思性的叙事行为分析。本文对两种方式各自存在的优缺点进行初步探索,指出糅合两种方式的可能性,提出在丰富叙事相关概念的基础上,以"故事形态学"切入叙事,由此增进我们对当下中国社会的理解。
