摘要：

Persistent trigeminal artery(PTA)is a rare abnormal vascular anastomosis connecting the internal carotid artery(ICA)with the vertebrobasilar artery.The incidence is 0.1%-0.6%in adult cerebral angiography. We have recently treated a rare case of post-traumatic PTA-cavernous fistula.In this study,we discussed the mechanisms and treatment of this disease by reviewing literature.
