摘要：
In line with the deepening and extensive reform and opening up, China’s tax system for foreign-invested enterprises has been established and developed step by step. Hao Zhaochen, director of the department dealing with foreign-invested enterprises in the State Administration of Taxation summarized the system and preferential policies as explained in the following. The system was set up following three basic principles, namely, maintaining state rights and interests, serving the policy of opening up and observing international practices. At
