Dear editor,Markovian jump systems (MJSs) have been investigated for decades [1, 2]. Most existing results on MJSs assume that the mode switching of the controller/filter is synchronized with the operational system. However, due to time delays, packet dropouts, etc., controller/filter may work asynchronously [3]. In addition, when MJS control components are connected via communication networks,
