WITH the arrival of July 1,the day marking the 25 th anniversary of Hong Kong’ s return to the motherland,festive joviality has pervaded every corner of the city.Dozens of open-top buses with celebration banners and decorations,and 250 taxis embellished in the same fashion,paraded through Kowloon and the New Territories on June 28.
