Eighteen ministries and commissions including National Development and Reform Commission,Ministry of Education and Ministry of Civil Affairs issued the action plan on greatly improving the quality of public services in societal areas to build a powerful domestic market,which specifies the development of a series of standards to increase the effective supply of child care services.The plan requires the development of industry admittance standards,
