摘要
Our previous work showed that, in the rats withreserpine-induced gastric ulcer, brain monamines (NE, DAand 5-HT) were exhausted and furazolidone completely pre-vented such a gastric ulcer. The present study was carriedout to observe brain monoamine contents andantiuloerogenic effects of furazolidone in other gastric ulcermodels of rats. It was found that in the rats with gastric ul-oer induced by restraint in water (21℃ for 18 h), brainNE content was significantly decreased. Furazolidone partial-ly prevented this gastric ulcer and increased brain
