Objective To investigate the discrimination of firstepisode schizophrenia patients and healthy people using a perceived spatial separation induced pre-pulse inhibition(PSS-PPI).Methods A total of 42 patients with firstepisode schizophrenia and 38 healthy controls matched with gender,age,and education level were included.The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) was used to assess psychopathological symptoms of the pa-
