摘要：
On January 12,2016,the State Council announced Opinions on Integrating Basic Medical Insurance System for Urban and Rural Residents,to integrate the two systems of Basic Medical System for Urban Residents and New-type Rural Cooperative Medical Insurance Systems so as to establish a unifi ed basic medical insurance system for urban and rural residents.
