摘要
To understand the genetic diversity and drug resistance status of Mycobacterium tuberculosis(M tuberculosis)circulating in Xuzhou of China,the spacer-oligonucleotide typing(Spoligotyping)and multi-loci VNTRs(variable number tandem repeats)analysis(MLVA)were utilized for the genotyping of the isolates.Drug susceptibility test(DST)was
