开发区与企业成本加成率分布

摘要：
成本加成率的高低及分散程度是衡量企业垄断势力和资源配置效率的重要指标。本文首次基于"集聚效应"和"选择效应"的视角对开发区影响企业成本加成率分布的理论机制和作用大小进行了考察。研究发现:(1)开发区"集聚效应"和"选择效应"都会影响成本加成率分布,其中"选择效应"的作用占主导地位,导致区内企业的成本加成率水平较低,垄断势力较弱。(2)开发区企业的成本加成率分布比非开发区更集中,资源配置效率较高;其中,中小规模、年轻、民营企业对资源配置效率的改善作用更明显。此外,开发区"集聚效应"和"选择效应"存在明显的异质性。
