摘要：
From the market structure,the steel industry was considered as backbone of a country’s industries in the past.In a single country,generally there will be phenomenon of monopoly,therefore,compared to other industries,globalization and large-scale of steel industry have been lagged behind. The production proportion of world’s top five steel enterprises is increased slightly from 12%in 1989 to 14.9%in 1999.
