摘要
Dear Editor,Pathogenic microorganisms carrying antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs) pose serious challenge to human health worldwide. The major reservoir of ARGs is believed to be the environment(Cao et al., 2020). Some ARGs can be transmitted from the environment into pathogens via horizontal gene transfer(Forsberg et al., 2012).Permafrost covers >25% of the Earth’s land area.
