摘要：

Development of a low-carbon economy and reduction of carbon emissions is the trend of future global socio-economic change,and the only way to mitigate climate change under the framework of sustainable development.Based on the concept of a low-carbon economy,the author attempts to f ind a way for underdeveloped regions,which can satisfy their own development without increasing the pressure on the local environment.Taking Guizhou Suiyang as an example,the solar power designed in the land application provides a low-carbon case study of underdeveloped areas to solve the issue of power supply.
