摘要：

The total amount of motor vehicle increases rapidly for the past few years, at the same time, carbon emissions of per vehicle-kilometre keeps high, it is a challenge for China to realize the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction. Under this background, it is imperative to promote green vehicle insurance. Green vehicle insurance is a new thing in China, we must unceasingly explore and innovate its development model and optimize its development environment.
