China will speed up the development of a mixedownership economy by letting private capital into more State projects in the oil,railway and telecom sectors,according to the government work report delivered to the annual session of the National People’s Congress in March 2015.It’s a very positive sign that the development of a mixed-ownership economy has been put higher on the government agenda.The resource-rich Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in Northwest China will become the center of State-owned
