Changes of serum dipeptidy1 peptidase-4 and oxidized low-density lipoprotein levels in type 2 diabetic patients with carotid atherosclerosis

摘要
Objective To explore the changes of serum dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) and oxidized low-density lipoprotein) ox-LDL) levels in patients with T2DM combined with carotid atherosclerosis (CAS).Methods A retrospective analysis of 120 T2DM patients in the Department of Endocrinology, Second People′s Hospital of Yichang city from January 2020 to October 2020 was conducted. All the included T2DM patients underwent carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound examination, and carotid artery intima was obtained by carotid ultrasound.
