China’s Maritime Silk Road of the 21st Century directly affects Asia’s future prosperity.Because the strategic goals of mutual consultation,joint construction and shared results with all the coastal countries concerned will take unswerving cooperative effort,completion of the Maritime Silk Road will profoundly impact international relations.While moving ahead,China must guard against over-extension.
