摘要：

The existence,uniqueness,and continuous dependence to the mild solutions of the nonlocal Cauchy problem were proved for a class of semilinear fractional neutral differential equations.The results are obtained by using the Krasnoselskii’s fixed point theorem and the theory of resolvent operators for integral equations.
