摘要
Alzheimer’s disease(AD) is the most common type of neurodegenerative dementia worldwide;.Deposition of extracellular amyloid protein β(Aβ)-producing amyloid plaques and intracellular tau aggregation-comprising neurofibrillary tangles are two typical pathological features of this disease.
