摘要：
Alcohol-induced liver disease is one of the mainepidemic problems nowadays.Metadoxine is apyridoxine-pyrrolidone carboxylate with significantscavenging property.Metadoxine is able to accelerate theelimination of alcohol from the blood and tissues,helprestore the functional structure of the liver and relieveneuro-psychological disorders associated with alcoholintoxication.The purpose of the study was to assay thepharmacokinetics of domestic metadoxine after repeateddoses.
