摘要：
This paper presents the experimental investigation on the effect of DC bias voltage on the con-volution efficiencies of air-gap coupled acoustoelectric convolvers made of various surface-treatedsilicon strips.For the silicon strips which are thermally oxidized to form 1000 A thick SiO,films andthen annealed in nitrogen atmosphere,there appear some new phenomena.We have derived theirtheoretical explanations,but these are only briefly mentioned in this paper.
