The Dynamic Mechanism and Realization Paths for High-quality Development of Manufacturing Enterprises in the New Era

The high-quality development of the manufacturing industry is a prerequisiteandfoundationforachievinghigh-qualityeconomic developmentinthenewera,andthehigh-qualitydevelopment ofmanufacturingindustryhastobeachievedthroughthatofthe manufacturing enterprises. Based on the theory of competitive advantage and a literature review of organizational and technological innovations,thispaperdefines"high-qualitydevelopmentofmanufacturing enterprises" and puts forward a dynamic mechanism analysis framework based on the "motivation–behavior" logic for such development. Based on this analysis, the paper proposes the realization paths for high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises, which are the embedding path of platform development based on technology import, the embedding path of platform development based on independent research and development(R&D), the embedding path of bilateral markets based on independent R&D and the embedding path of bilateral markets based on technology import.
