We went to Ningbo City,Zhejiang Province,for the purpose of gathering the story between a man and the city. When we arrived at Ningbo,a coastal city connected with Shanghai by a bridge flying across the sea,it was raining.I looked out of the car window,trying hard to find something unusual in the city,since it has been ranked as one of the most livable cities in China.The city in the rain looked ordinary,nothing different from those that I have visited:no towering skyscrapers, no magnificent squares,and no impressive splendors...It seemed that the city has
