摘要：
Objective To analyze the etiology of severe community-acquired pneumonia( SCAP) in immunocompromised patients,and to investigate the relationship between underlying diseases and infectious microorganisms.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on SCAP in immunocompromised patients admitted to the Fourth Department of Respiratory and Critical Medicine( MICU) of China-Japan Friendship Hospital from January 1,2017 to December 31,2019.
