c- abl是从研究反转录病毒中确定的一种细胞原癌基因 ,其相对应的病毒 v- abl最初是从 abelson小鼠白血病病毒中得到的。c- abl的激活可导致细胞的恶性转化 ,最终导致白血病的发生。本文介绍了 abl发现以来国外有关 abl基因的研究进展 ,特别对 abl基因的定位、结构及功能特点以及该基因在白血病发展中的作用和地位进行了综述。
