Consultant of China Rare Earth Information Center Global rare earth market is mainly restrained by two factors in recent years.Firstly,financial crisis in 2008had a negative impact on global demand.Macro-economic situation rebounded since 2010and global economic growth recovered to 3.9%in2011.But the situation did not last for a long period.Economy began to decline in 2012,especially the economic growth of Japan,the United States and
