数字鸿沟与相对剥夺感：微观证据与影响机制

摘要：

随着数字化变革的推进,数字鸿沟问题日益凸显,其可能带来的相对剥夺感成为社会发展的不稳定因素。为探究数字鸿沟与相对剥夺感的关系,研究区分了数字鸿沟的两个解读视角——ICT使用行为视角和信息资源视角。由此,分别从互联网使用技能和信息获取水平两方面构建理论模型,运用回归与中介效应模型进行分析。结果表明,数字鸿沟对相对剥夺感的影响机制呈相异趋势:互联网使用技能越低,相对剥夺感越高,互联网需求满足具有部分中介效应;而信息获取水平越高,相对剥夺感越高,社会公平感具有部分中介效应。这启示公共管理者应为数字弱势群体提供技能支持,提高数字应用的使用友好度,并兼顾网络信息监管与公平社会建设,推动数字化转型的持续健康发展。
