摘要：

Ribonucleic acid(RNA) therapeutics are an emerging type of medication. Extensive scientific research has been devoted to exploring the therapeutic potentials of diverse types of RNA therapeutics, such as small interfering RNA(siRNA), messenger RNA(mRNA) and RNA aptamer. The most recent successful example of RNA therapeutics is the COVID-19 vaccines enabled by m RNA nanotechnologies1.
