Purpose: To present a patient with intractable glaucoma occurring after secondary transscleral posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Patients: A 27 years-old man applied into our clinic with ocular pain and blurred vision in his right eye occurring 6 months after traumatic cataract surgery.
