摘要：
Objective To evaluate the efficacy between surgical treatment and conservative treatment in intracerebral hemorrhage by meta analysis. Methods We identified randomized controlled trials (RCT) of intracerebral hemorrhage. And meta-analysis was conducted on homogeneous studies. Results Thirteen RCTs(2 842 patients) were included.
