摘要
Many marine-fresh fossil diatoms have been found in some sections of Hegang, Gangmei of Sihui County and Bahai of Sanshui County ( Fig. 1). They lie about 50 km to the northwest of Guangzhou city. The altitude of sediments is about 25-35 m. The TL ages of sediments are from 18.0±1.4 × 10~4 a to 55.9±5.6 × 10~4 a. It indicates that these sections
