国外城市管理大数据应用典型案例及启示

摘要：
应用大数据提高城市管理水平已是大势所趋,目前也产生了不少成功案例。通过对国外城市管理大数据应用典型案例的深入剖析可见:大数据主要应用于公共设施管理、交通管理、治安管理、灾害预警等领域;大数据应用开发运营模式,主要有3种,即政府开发并运营、企业开发并运营,企业开发政府运营。我国城市管理大数据应用存在数据条块分割严重、数据公开共享不够、数据获取成本太高、技术水平存在差距等难题。建议明确大数据应用领域时序,采用灵活多样的开发运营模式,实施政府数据开放战略,支持产业创新发展,鼓励市民参与。
