社会网络,个人职业选择与地区创业集聚——基于东风村的案例研究

摘要：
地区间的经济活动差异到底是"厂商区位选择"的结果还是区域内"个人职业选择"的结果?本文通过一个案例分析,认为从个人职业选择的角度能更好地解释地区间经济活动的差异。本文的理论基础在于:区内个人之间的社会网络能够从"有效地识别创业机会"、"动员资源进行创业"以及"替代规模化的创业组织形式"等3种机制作用于创业行为,从而出现某一地区内多数人选择创业的现象,即创业集聚。本文的结论在于地区经济的差异除了"规模经济"、"运输成本"等因素之外,社会网络的作用也非常重要;因此政策上应该更加注重社会网络、非正式制度在促进创业和缩小地区发展差异方面的作用。
