"Will a kiss con- tract HIV?"Zhu Yuan- gang raised his hand to ask—he had just learned that body fluids such as blood,milk and semen could transmit the degenerative virus. The answer that came from the instructor,Dr.Yu Dongbao,a representa- tive from the HIV/AIDS Prevention Com- mittee under the State Council,puzzled Zhu,a publicity official of China’s north- east Heilongjiang province,even further.
