FIFA 11+练习对足球运动员膝关节运动损伤预防效果的Meta分析

摘要
目的:系统评价FIFA 11+综合热身练习对足球运动员膝关节运动损伤的预防效果,为精准设计实施足球运动训练方案提供循证依据。方法:检索自建库起至2021年2月发表于PubMed、Elsevier Science Direct、Web of Science、Medline、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普网等数据库中,有关FIFA 11+练习对足球运动员膝关节生物力学特征和动态平衡能力影响的随机对照试验研究。严格按照纳入与排除标准选取文献,提取数据,采用Cochrane偏倚风险评估工具对纳入文献进行方法学质量评价,使用Review Manager 5.4软件进行文献异质性检验、效应量合并,并绘制森林图,使用Stata 12软件分析纳入文献的敏感性,并进行发表偏倚检验。结果:纳入8项研究,共计330名足球运动员。Meta分析结果显示,FIFA 11+练习可以改善足球运动员非优势侧腘绳肌的等速肌力WMD=28.41(18.19,38.62)(P<0.00001)、非优势侧股四头肌的等速肌力WMD=30.82(13.72,47.92)(P=0.0004)、优势侧膝关节屈伸肌群力矩比WMD=0.07(0.02,0.13)(P=0.006)、非优势侧膝关节屈伸肌群力矩比WMD=0.06(0.00,0.12)(P=0.05)、优势侧动态平衡能力WMD=6.10(1.39,10.81)(P=0.01)、非优势侧动态平衡能力WMD=4.69(1.91,7.47)(P=0.001)。FIFA 11+对足球运动员优势侧腘绳肌等速肌力WMD=18.04(-1.79,37.87)(P=0.07)和股四头肌等速肌力WMD=10.64(-0.78,22.07)(P=0.07)的增强效果并不明显。结论:FIFA 11+综合热身练习可以显著提高足球运动员非优势侧腘绳肌和股四头肌的等速肌力,对优势侧等速肌力的提升并不明显;FIFA 11+练习可改善足球运动员两侧膝关节的肌力均衡性,提高运动员下肢动态平衡能力,有效预防和减少足球运动员膝关节运动损伤的发生。
