The study of hypernuclear states produced in (K~-, π~-) reactions on nuclei has obtained valuable information on the A-nucleus system and has attracted much interest. Recently, the excitation spectra ofC have been measured for the first time in the experiments at BNL. Different hypernuclear states are excited preferentially as
