摘要
[Objective]To study volatile oil extracted from the fresh and dry leaves of Lysimachia christinae hance by using steam distillation and blended solvent extraction.[Method]The chemical compositions of volatile oil were evaluated by GC-MS and the relative content of every compound was determined by peak area normalization method.[Result]The results showed that 19 and 14 kinds of compounds were identified from airdried and fresh leaves of L.christinae by using steam distillation, respectively.Whereas 20 and 11 kinds of compounds were identified from air-drie and fresh leaves of L.christinae by using blended solvent extraction, respectively.Compared with two methods, the highest relative content of volatile oil was β-myrcene using by steam distillation, which was 39.67%in the fresh leaves and 42.80%in air-drie leaves, respectively. However, the highest relative content of volatile oil was diethyl phthalate using by blended solvent extraction, which was 18.05%in the fresh leaves and 28.64% in air-dried leaves, respectively.[Conclusion]This result indicated that the compositions of volatile oil depended on not only different extraction, but also different processing methods.
