摘要
Objective To evaluate the operation technique and the clinical efficacy of retroperitoneoscopic ligation of renal lymphatic vessels for the treatment of chyluria. Methods Six patients with chyluria, male 3 and female 3,46 to 689 years old, underwent retroperitoneoscopic ligation of renal lymphatic vessels. The operation time, blood loss, postoperative intestinal function recovery, complications during operation and the operative efficacy were observed. Results The average operation time was 67 min, the average blood loss 27 ml and the postoperative intestinal function recovery time 24 to 48 h. Chyluria disappeared on the day of operation. The average hospital stay after operation was 6.4 days. No complications occurred during operation. A follow-up of 2 to 12 months showed no recurrence. Conclusion This procedure was characterized by better complete ligation of renal lymplatic vessels and better short-term efficacy with little less trauma blood loss and quick recovery. 5 refs,3 figs.
