摘要：
This paper presents the laboratory experimental results about the effects ofair entrainment on the jet diffusion in a plunge pool. The results indicate that air entrainment has little effect on the maximum mean impinging pressure generated by the jet at thepool bottom. The maximum nuctuating pressure, however, increases with increasing theair entrainment. Air entrainment also reduces the jet spreading.
