摘要：
To the editor:Comorbidity of bullous pemphigoid(BP)and psoriasis has been widely reported.Patients simultaneously suffering from these diseases represent a therapeutical challenge.Steroid treatment of BP is not always effective,and it may exacerbation psoriasis as the treatment is withdrawn.Now we describe a patient with coexisting psoriasis and BP,who was successfully treated with triptergium wilfordii.
