摘要：
Right bundle branch block associated with marked left axis deviation is a type of bilateral bundle branch block, the characteristic electrocardiagraphic change which was described in 1934 by Wilson et al, Clinical, pathological, electrocardiographic and vectorcardiographic studies on patients and experimental animals in recent years proved that both bundle branches were diseased, but the right bundle branch was more seriously damaged than the left, mainly the anterosuperior fascicle. This disease is chiefly caused by extensive myofibrosis or myocardial infarction of the anterosuperior portion of the ventricular septum.
