摘要
A porous medium equivalent method was proposed for the ice layer to analyze the acoustic sensing mechanism in the icing process, and a Love wave layered medium model composed of ice layer/liquid/waveguide layer/piezoelectric substrate was established. The sensor responses at various states in the icing process were theoretically analyzed using the partial wave theory and the corresponding boundary conditions, and the corresponding characteristics of changes in Love wave velocity and acoustic attenuation were computed.A Love wave device with a layered structure of 36°LiTaO/SiOwas developed at 200 MHz and characterized by the experimental setup to verify the theoretical analysis. The experimental results indicate that the icing process can be monitored accurately by utilizing the transient changes in acoustic wave velocity and attenuation.
